Regal Medical Transportation

Passenger transportation to pharmacy stops

Regal can review a passenger ride to a pharmacy or a planned pharmacy stop connected with another confirmed medical trip. The service transports people; it is not a prescription delivery, medication courier, or pharmacy fulfillment service.

  • Private point-to-point transportation

Plan the trip

Details that make this ride different

Good transportation planning starts with the schedule, correct entrance, realistic return timing, and a clear understanding of what the passenger can do independently.

01

The passenger completes the pharmacy transaction

Regal provides the ride while the passenger or confirmed companion handles identification, payment, consultation, signatures, and pickup. Chauffeurs do not enter the pharmacy as an authorized representative, receive prescriptions, verify medication, or discuss health information. Make sure the pharmacy has prepared the order before the vehicle is dispatched.

02

Add the stop before the trip is confirmed

If the pharmacy visit follows a doctor appointment or hospital discharge, include it in the original route request. A stop changes trip time, mileage, and vehicle availability, so it cannot be assumed or added at the curb. Regal will quote and confirm the complete itinerary it can support.

03

Share a complete, exact location

Large retailers may have multiple entrances, drive-through lanes, and pharmacy counters. Provide the street address and intended passenger pickup point. Drive-through use, waiting, or a second stop is available only when specifically approved. The passenger should remain ready to enter and exit the standard vehicle within the ambulatory service scope.

04

Keep prescription information private

The ride request should never include a medication name, prescription number, diagnosis, insurance identifier, or payment details. Regal only needs the transportation schedule, pharmacy address, passenger count, route, and general pickup instructions. Questions about availability or medication must go directly to the pharmacy.

What to share with Regal

Keep the request focused on transportation. These details help the team review the route without collecting sensitive health information.

  • Pharmacy name and full street address
  • Passenger pickup and final destination
  • Whether it is a direct ride or added stop
  • Requested date and pickup time
  • Expected ordinary waiting needs
  • No medication, prescription, or insurance details

Return-trip considerations

Transportation for people, not medication delivery

Regal does not collect, store, verify, or deliver prescriptions and cannot act as a pharmacy courier. At least one confirmed passenger travels on the ride and handles the transaction. If the pharmacy says an item is not ready or the stop takes longer than expected, any added waiting or route change remains subject to Regal’s confirmation and availability.

A request is not a reservation. The ride is booked only after Regal confirms the date, schedule, route, passenger fit, and quote.

Questions about this service

Before you request a ride

Can Regal pick up my prescription without me?

No. This is passenger transportation, not prescription delivery or courier service. The passenger or confirmed companion handles the pharmacy transaction.

Can a pharmacy stop be added after a medical appointment?

Request it before booking. Regal must review and confirm the full route, including the extra time and mileage, rather than adding an unplanned stop during the ride.

Should I submit my prescription number in the form?

No. Do not provide medication names, prescription numbers, diagnoses, insurance data, or medical records. Contact the pharmacy directly about the order.
