Regal Medical Transportation

Transportation to doctor appointments in Middle Tennessee

A medical appointment already comes with details to manage. Regal helps ambulatory passengers plan the transportation portion with a private vehicle, a professional chauffeur, and a trip reviewed around the appointment schedule.

Plan the trip

Details that make this ride different

Good transportation planning starts with the schedule, correct entrance, realistic return timing, and a clear understanding of what the passenger can do independently.

01

Plan around check-in, not only the appointment time

Medical offices often ask patients to arrive before the time printed on the schedule. Include the requested check-in time, building name, suite, and entrance when you inquire. Regal uses those details to review a practical pickup window, but the passenger remains responsible for following the provider’s arrival instructions and completing check-in.

02

Share the exact office destination

Large medical campuses may have several towers, garages, and patient entrances at one street address. A clinic name, physician practice, building, suite, or known patient drop-off point helps reduce uncertainty. Chauffeurs provide point-to-point passenger transportation; they do not escort patients through a facility or manage appointment paperwork.

03

Choose a return-trip plan that fits the visit

If the visit has a predictable end time, request a planned return pickup. If timing may change, tell us before booking so availability can be reviewed for a separate pickup or waiting-time option. Waiting service and same-day schedule changes are not included unless Regal confirms them as part of the trip.

04

Reconfirm service fit when mobility changes

This service is for passengers who can enter and exit a standard passenger vehicle with little or no assistance and ride with the standard seat belt. If an illness, injury, procedure, or new mobility need changes that ability, contact Regal before the ride so the trip can be reassessed. Regal does not provide wheelchair-lift, stretcher, or hands-on transfer service.

What to share with Regal

Keep the request focused on transportation. These details help the team review the route without collecting sensitive health information.

  • Appointment date and requested check-in time
  • Exact clinic, building, suite, or patient entrance
  • Pickup address and any gate or building instructions
  • Whether a confirmed companion will travel
  • Preferred one-way or round-trip plan
  • General mobility or pickup details only—no medical records

Return-trip considerations

When the appointment end time is uncertain

Specialist visits and follow-ups do not always end on schedule. Ask about the return plan before the outbound trip is confirmed. Regal may be able to quote a scheduled return, a later separate pickup, or approved waiting time depending on fleet availability. A ride is not held open automatically, and the medical office cannot reserve transportation on Regal’s behalf unless our team confirms the request.

A request is not a reservation. The ride is booked only after Regal confirms the date, schedule, route, passenger fit, and quote.
