Ambulatory-only service
The passenger must be able to enter and exit a standard passenger vehicle with little or no assistance and remain seated with its standard seat belt. Regal does not currently provide wheelchair-lift or ramp-equipped vehicles, stretcher transportation, hands-on transfers, medical monitoring, or emergency response.
